Thecustomer has theright to withdrawfromthepurchasecontractundertheterms of Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on consumerprotection in thesale of goods or provision of servicesunder a distancecontract or a contractconcludedoutsidetheseller'spremises and on amendment and supplementation of certainlaws, within 14 daysfromthedate of receipt of thegoods. Thegoodsshallbeconsidered to havebeenaccepted by thebuyer at the moment whenthebuyer or a third party designated by thebuyer, withtheexception of thecarrier, acceptsallparts of theorderedgoods. Whenexercisingtheright to withdrawfromthecontract, pleaseinformus of yourdecision to withdrawfromthiscontract by anunequivocalstatement ( e.g. by lettersent by post, fax or e-mail) to thefollowingaddress:

For this purpose, you can use the sample withdrawal form that we have given or sent to you.
Thewithdrawalperiodispreservedifyousend a notice of exercise of theright of withdrawalbeforethewithdrawalperiodexpires. Theright of withdrawalcannotbeexercised by telephone or by sending a text message.
- Consequences of withdrawalfrom a contract
Upon cancellation of the purchase contract, we will refund all payments you have demonstrably made in connection with the conclusion of the purchase contract, in particular the purchase price including the cost of delivery of the goods. This does not apply to additional costs ify you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us. Additional costs refer to the difference between the cost of delivery chosen by the buyer and the cost of the cheapest standard method of delivery offered by the seller.
Payments will be refunded to you within 14 days of the date on which we receive notice of with draw alfrom the purchase contract. Payment will be made by the same method used by the buyer when paying the Seller, unless the Buyer has agreed on a different method of payment with the Seller, with out charging any additional fees.
Send the goods back to us or bring them to our address or hand them over within 14 days at the latest from the date you exercise your right of withdrawal. The time limit is deemed to have been met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminution in the value of the goods as a result of handling them in a manner other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
