BERGAMOT Natural Essential Oil

Bergamot essential oil is antiseptic and antispasmodic (relieves cramps), and it is also antidepressant. It is used for acne, abscesses, eczema, ulcers, and dandruff. Bergamot is suitable for bronchitis, tonsillitis, and sore throat, especially when combined with lemon. When blended with eucalyptus, it improves breathing, and when mixed with myrtle and lemon, it purifies the air in smoky rooms. It may increase photosensitivity. It alleviates mental and physical fatigue and helps with depression.

You can use the essential oil in diffusers and aroma jewelry. More information about the oils used can be found below.

When using essential oils and blends, it is important that the oil or blend smells pleasant to you.   • Immune system support: Thanks to its antimicrobial properties, it can strengthen the immune system and help the body fight infections.
  • Improved sleep quality: Its relaxing properties may promote better sleep and help with insomnia.

 

Usage

  • Add 5 drops to a bath at a temperature up to 37°C. For better solubility, you can mix it with salt or a carrier vegetable oil.
  • Direct inhalation: Drop 1-2 drops on a cotton handkerchief or cotton pad and inhale.
  • Aroma jewelry: Drop a few drops (1-5 drops depending on the size of the jewelry).
  • Aroma lamp or diffuser: Drop 2-3 drops into the aroma lamp and let it diffuse in the house, apartment, office, or even in the car.

Start with fewer drops to avoid a too-strong mixture. The effect of essential oils is most powerful in the first 30-60 minutes, depending on how quickly the oils evaporate. After this period, the effect of the oils decreases.

 

Contraindications

Never apply it to the skin in its pure form, only diluted in a carrier oil. Non-toxic, non-irritating, but occasionally sensitizing. Always test a small amount first due to sensitivity or allergic reactions. Direct or indirect contact with the eyes may cause irritation. If you are pregnant, consult a doctor before use.
