Usage

• Add 5 drops to a bath with a temperature up to 37°C. For better solubility, you can mix it with salt or a carrier plant oil.
• Direct inhalation: Drop 1 to 2 drops onto a cotton handkerchief or cotton pad and inhale.
• Aroma jewelry: Drop a few drops (1-5 drops depending on the size of the jewelry).
• Aroma lamp or diffuser: Drop 2-3 drops into the aroma lamp and let it disperse in the house, apartment, office, or even in the car.

Start with fewer drops to avoid the mixture being too strong. The effect of essential oils is most effective in the first 30-60 minutes, depending on how quickly the oils evaporate. After this time, the effect of the oils decreases.

Contraindications

Never apply to the skin undiluted, only in a carrier oil. Non-toxic, non-irritating, but occasionally sensitizing. Always test a small amount first for sensitivity or allergic reactions. Direct or indirect contact with the eyes will cause irritation. If you are pregnant, consult with a doctor before use.
