EFFECTS

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

  • Orange - Orange essential oil is known for its refreshing effects. It is a great stimulant for the mind and body.
  • Bergamot - Bergamot is known for its antidepressant effects. It helps alleviate feelings of anxiety, depression, and tension.
  • Ylang ylang - Supports positive emotions and creates a sense of well-being.

 

Usage

  • Add 5 drops to a bath with a temperature up to 37°C. For better solubility, you can mix with salt or a carrier vegetable oil.
  • Direct inhalation - Drop 1-2 drops on a cotton handkerchief or cotton pad and inhale.
  • Aromatherapy jewelry: Drop a few drops (1-5 drops depending on the size of the jewelry).
  • Aromatherapy lamp or diffuser: Add 2-3 drops to the aromatherapy lamp and let it diffuse in the house, apartment, office, or even in the car.
  • At first, use fewer drops to avoid the blend being too strong. The effects of essential oils are most effective within the first 30-60 minutes, depending on how quickly the oils evaporate. After this time, the effect of the oils diminishes.

 

Contraindications

Never apply directly to the skin in its pure form, only diluted in a carrier oil. Non-toxic, non-irritating, but occasionally sensitizing. Always test a small amount first for sensitivity or allergic reactions. Direct and indirect contact with the eyes will cause irritation. If pregnant, consult your doctor before use.
